QRS™-GLY
Injection-ready 98% glycerol substrate for rapid anaerobic biodegradation.
QRS™-GLY is an injection-ready, 98% glycerol carbon substrate. As a soluble, food-grade carbon source, it ferments quickly once added to groundwater, generating the reducing conditions native or introduced Dehalococcoides need to dechlorinate PCE and TCE.
Its low viscosity and high water solubility carry it with the groundwater, which extends the radius of influence from each injection point and reduces the number of injection points a design needs.
