Sustained carbon delivery for long-term anaerobic remediation
The anaerobic bioremediation process uses native or introduced microorganisms (such as Dehalococcoides) to break down chlorinated solvents like PCE and TCE into non-toxic end products. Terra Systems’ patented SRS® family is engineered to create reducing conditions and provide a sustained carbon and hydrogen source to support this process. Our in-house manufacturing allows us to tailor formulations to site-specific requirements.

QRS™ Quick-Release Lactate Substrates
Fast-acting carbon for immediate anaerobic treatment
The QRS™ family provides injection-ready sodium and potassium lactate substrates that rapidly generate reducing conditions and support microbial degradation of chlorinated solvents. Formulations can include proprietary nutrients and Vitamin B12 to enhance biodegradation performance and improve donor efficiency.

+ TSI-TCA® — Dehalobacter culture for treatment of trichloroethane (TCA)
+ TSI-DC/TCA Blend — Combined culture for sites with mixed chlorinated solvents
+ TSI-DC RR® — Rhodococcus ruber culture for aerobic biodegradation of 1,4-dioxane
