Manufacturing & Lab Tours

Visit Terra Systems in Claymont, Delaware for a closer look at how our products are developed, tested, and manufactured. Conveniently located less than five minutes from I-95 at the Delaware Pennsylvania border, our facility offers clients and partners the opportunity to tour both our manufacturing plant and treatability laboratory.

The Manufacturing Plant

Terra Systems owns and operates its manufacturing facility in Claymont, Delaware, just south of Philadelphia International Airport, with global productdistribution capabilities.

Because we develop, manufacture, and distribute our own patented remediation products, we maintain greater control over quality, consistency, and production timelines. Our facility includes specialized equipment designed to support the performance requirements of our technologies and the demands of real-world remediation projects.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control

Quality control is built directly into our manufacturing process. Terra Systems operates an on-floor QA/QC lab where every batch is tested before shipment.

We measure key product characteristics such as droplet size and pH to ensure batch-to-batch consistency across packaging formats, including 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums, 275-gallon IBC totes, and bulk tankers. QA/QC reports can also be provided for the specific batch delivered to your site.

For substrate products, Terra Systems measures mean droplet size and provides a Gaussian distribution curve for each batch to verify a tight droplet size distribution around the mean.
