Andrew Greenberg | Director of Operations
Andrew oversees all Terra Systems facilities and leads the operational teams that keep projects running efficiently and successfully. He has been instrumental in optimizing workflows, strengthening processes, and fostering a culture focused on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Backed by many years of experience in project management and customer relations, along with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University, Andrew combines technical expertise with a steadfast commitment to operational excellence and client success.
Dr. Mike Lee | Vice President, Research & Development
Dr. Mike Lee leads research and development at Terra Systems, bringing more than 30 years of experience in bioremediation, chemical oxidation, natural attenuation, and treatability testing. He is co-holder of the patent for using emulsified soybean oil to support reductive dechlorination of chlorinated solvents, and has conducted laboratory and field studies at more than 200 sites, along with contributing to more than 100 technical publications. His work has helped shape several of Terra Systems’ core technologies, and he continues to combine rigorous science with a practical focus on solving clients’ most challenging remediation problems.


Mikey Holohan | Director of Sales & Marketing
Mikey manages the sales team at Terra Systems, ensuring customers’ needs are met at every stage of the process through responsive communication, strong organization, and a customer-first approach. Since joining Terra Systems, he has played a key role in strengthening client relationships, streamlining sales processes, and supporting successful project execution from initial engagement through delivery. Drawing on his experience in pharmaceutical and startup environments, along with his Master’s in Business, Mikey brings a strong foundation in technical sales and project management, and a steady focus on delivering solutions that drive long-term customer success.
Dr. Erich Hauptmann | Fulfillment Director
Erich has spent nearly 20 years at Terra Systems, beginning as a lab and production technician before advancing to Production Manager, where he oversaw production and shipping of the company’s custom-made products for a decade. As Fulfillment Director, he now manages every aspect of getting Terra Systems’ products to customers, drawing on his deep product knowledge to ensure the right materials arrive on schedule to job sites when they’re needed. His hands-on manufacturing background gives him a rare combination of technical insight and operational reliability that keeps projects moving forward.


Dick Raymond | Founder & Scientific Advisory Consultant
Dick founded Terra Systems in 1992 and led the company’s growth for more than three decades, building its expertise in research and development, treatability testing, in-house manufacturing, and technical support for environmental remediation projects. A pioneer in the field of in-situ bioremediation, he helped demonstrate one of the first successful anaerobic bioremediation projects for TCE and led development of Terra Systems’ patented emulsified vegetable oil technology, which earned the first U.S. patent for using emulsified vegetable oil substrates to support reductive dechlorination of chlorinated solvents (U.S. Patent No. 6,398,960). Today, as a Scientific Advisory Consultant, Dick continues to provide technical guidance and scientific insight that shape the company’s ongoing innovation, backed by more than 35 years of experience developing remediation technologies for groundwater and soil contamination.
