Terra Systems is open 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and some weekends. If your travels take you along the I-95 corridor between Baltimore and New York, we are conveniently located <than 5 minutes from I-95 at the Delaware/Pennsylvania border. We offer tours of our Treatability Lab and Manufacturing Plant.
The Manufacturing Plant
Terra Systems owns and operates a manufacturing plant in Claymont, Delaware, just south of the Philadelphia International Airport and ships its products worldwide. As the only carbon substrate supplier that develops, manufactures and distributes its own patented products, Terra Systems has invested in specialized
manufacturing equipment for each product to ensure the best match between our products and your remediation requirements. Terra Systems has even manufactured our products for our competitors when their Toll Producers were unable to meet the tight delivery schedules or volumes of today’s environmental Project Managers.
The QA/QC
Unlike other suppliers that use Toll Producers, Terra Systems has a QA/QC lab on the floor of the plant where we measure the droplet size and pH of the substrate before it ever gets transferred to a 5-gallon bucket, 55- gallon drum, 275-gallon IBC tote or bulk tanker for shipment. We measure every batch that we manufacture to ensure a quality product and can provide you, the PM, with a QA/QC report for the specific batch that you receive.
Terra Systems measures and reports a mean droplet size and provides a Gaussian Distribution Curve for each batch to ensure a tight droplet size distribution around the mean.
